Parmesan Ranch Chicken Skewers

Ingredients 

  • 1½ to 2 pounds chicken tenders, cut into chunks

  • 2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • ¼ cup milk

  • 1 packet Hidden Valley ranch seasoning

  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

  • Black pepper, to taste

  • ⅓ cup finely grated Parmesan


Directions

  1.  Mix all ingredients except chicken.

  2. Toss chicken to coat and marinate 30 mins.

  3. Thread onto skewers, letting excess drip off.

  4. Air fry at 400°F degrees for 6 minutes, flip, then cook 6 to 8 minutes more until cooked through.

  5. Finish with extra Parmesan and melted butter and serve with ranch/hot sauce for dipping.
