Parmesan Ranch Chicken Skewers
Ingredients
1½ to 2 pounds chicken tenders, cut into chunks
2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil
¼ cup milk
1 packet Hidden Valley ranch seasoning
½ teaspoon kosher salt
Black pepper, to taste
⅓ cup finely grated Parmesan
Directions
Mix all ingredients except chicken.
Toss chicken to coat and marinate 30 mins.
Thread onto skewers, letting excess drip off.
Air fry at 400°F degrees for 6 minutes, flip, then cook 6 to 8 minutes more until cooked through.
Finish with extra Parmesan and melted butter and serve with ranch/hot sauce for dipping.
