Weeknight Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients 

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey

  • 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan

  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tablespoons milk

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1.5 teaspoons kosher salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper


Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

  2. Add the ground turkey, Parmesan, panko, egg, milk, olive oil, lemon zest, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to a large bowl and gently mix just until combined.

  3. Roll the mixture into golf-ball-sized meatballs and arrange them evenly on the prepared sheet pan.

  4. Bake for 16 to 18 minutes, until cooked through and lightly golden.

  5. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
