Viral Dumpling Bake
Ingredients
1 bag frozen dumplings (any flavor)
1 ½ cups chicken or vegetable broth
½ cup full-fat coconut milk
2 tablespoons white miso paste
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, minced (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
3–4 baby bok choy, halved or quartered
Chili crisp, for topping
Steamed rice, to serve
Directions
Heat oven to 400°F.
Arrange frozen dumplings and bok choy in a baking dish in a single layer.
In a bowl, whisk together broth, coconut milk, miso, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic until smooth.
Pour the mixture over the dumplings and bok choy. Cover tightly with foil.
Bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake 5–10 more minutes until the dumplings are tender and the sauce is bubbling and slightly thickened.
Spoon dumplings, bok choy, and creamy miso broth over rice. Top with chili crisp before serving.
