Caesar Brusels Sprouts
Ingredients
1 pound Brussels sprouts, shredded
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2-3 tablespoons Caesar dressing
About 1 cup grated Parmesan, or as much as you like
1/4 cup homemade crushed croutons or breadcrumbs
Lemon wedges, for serving
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Toss shredded Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Spread them in a thin even layer on a sheet pan.
Roast 20-25 minutes, until the Brussels are deeply golden brown and crispy.
Transfer the hot Brussels sprouts to a bowl and toss with the Caesar dressing.
Plate them, then top with the Parmesan and the 1/4 cup crushed croutons or breadcrumbs.
Serve with lemon wedges.
