Caesar Brusels Sprouts

Ingredients 

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, shredded

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 2-3 tablespoons Caesar dressing

  • About 1 cup grated Parmesan, or as much as you like

  • 1/4 cup homemade crushed croutons or breadcrumbs

  • Lemon wedges, for serving


Directions

  1.  Heat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Toss shredded Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Spread them in a thin even layer on a sheet pan.

  4. Roast 20-25 minutes, until the Brussels are deeply golden brown and crispy.

  5. Transfer the hot Brussels sprouts to a bowl and toss with the Caesar dressing.

  6. Plate them, then top with the Parmesan and the 1/4 cup crushed croutons or breadcrumbs.

  7. Serve with lemon wedges.
